Yes! While we will still go to our usuals when we specifically want a meat dish, this has become our new favorite spot. That homemade pillowy paneer and generally high level of care with ingredients and preparation really set the food apart. We've gotten it three times now when non-JH people come over and it shows off our neighborhood well!

We had such a wonderful lunch here today, lovely way to celebrate Christmas Day. The restaurant was full and the food is delicious, the servers so nice too.

Thanks for all the recommendations, they were delicious!

Some notes
- Very busy, one hour wait for a table
- They have cheese naans (surprisingly these seem hard to find in Jackson Heights)
- They have a separate vegan menu
- Clean restroom

Fantastic meal tonight. Arrived at 7p, no wait. Everything was great. Possibly the best Indian meal I've had.

Good to know about separate vegan menu noted above. Will be bringing my vegan friends!

I just saw online that Angel Indian has added meat dishes to their menu. 
Also the new menu says they are open 7 days a week.

 Based on the enthusiasm here, we got about five dishes yesterday from Angel. They were all outstanding and three had chicken, one cauliflower and one mixed veg. Naan too and this delicious green sauce. So tasty! We will move them to the top of the terrific options here in JH. BTW we usually pick up our takeout food and order directly from the restaurant but tip as if we had delivery.
