81st St, 37th Ave buildings for sale

The Greiner-Maltz real estate website has a listing for two buildings located at 81st Street and 37th Avenue. These are the buildings that include the Jahn's and Ultima Florist.  According to the image posted below, the property package consists of 4 residential apartments, 4 retail units, and 3 offices. It also makes reference to the current zoning allowing two more stories.

new vertical additions to older (if not historic) buildings are always incredibly ugly and out of place. but if someone has the option, they'll likely do that.
