*WEEKLY* Meditation @ 2nd Story Pilates + Yoga

Starting October 7, meditation moves to a weekly schedule!  Mondays (English) and Wednesdays (Spanish) at 8:15 pm.  This is a 30-minute community class, so we ask $5-10. 

From week to week, the class will vary the meditation techniques, from breath to guided to listening, and the postures, sitting, walking or laying on one's back, so that you can develop a meditation practice that works for you.  Practicing meditation in the evening is the perfect way to unwind your busy mind and prepare for a night of restful sleep.

These classes are in the back equipment room, so please use the equipment room buzzer.  No late arrivals. 81-10 37th Street.

Thanks so much, Nancy!  2nd Story is such a wonderful supporter and they want the community to have the benefit of meditation in addition to their fantastic yoga and pilates offerings.  So happy to be able to partner with them!
