Opinions on Some Co-Op Buildings
« on: August 31, 2019, 05:53:43 PM »
I'm looking to buy a one-bedroom co-op and am thinking about the Warwick, Montclair Gardens or Colonial Court.
Would anyone who lives in one of these care to share their impressions? Either here or in a private message.

I agree with Jhx.  Colonial Court, Warwick, Montclair Gardens.   All of these buildings are close to the 74th street subway station and so is the three Berkeley buildings which you did not mention.

I think I've been misunderstood. I know the area well (rented here for years) and have narrowed my choice (for various reasons), to the three buildings I mentioned.
What I don't know is what it's like, good or bad, to actually live in them. Hence, I'm looking to hear opinions from people who live there (here or private message.)

And I think everyone has ranked the three buildings in which you are interested in descending order of preference.
