Dear neighbors,
I’ve had a spinet uptight piano — nothing special —that I don’t play any more. If anyone would like it, I’m asking $100.  You would have to remove it and retune it at your own expense. I live in an elevator building, Andy the piano is on wheels - so it’s easy to move.

If no one wants this spinet piano for themselves, any suggestions for a school or organization which would accept it as a donation?
