It appears to be Colombian food; at least that's what the instagram tags say. So I don't know if it's Colombian food fused with something else or just Colombian food fused with other Colombian food.

i'd love to see one of those old-fashioned Chinese-Latinx places (which were usually Cuban, but sometimes from other countries). i don't see someone using "fusion" to signal that, though.

how badly? a close friend of mine from junior high owns one his father started on the upper west side and i've always talked about bringing it over to Queens. it's not an easy feat but I would love to have one.

We do have Jardin de China on Junction, though.

Have yet to try it, but Chifa on Northern Blvd and 74th (next to El Rico Tinto) is Chinese-Peruvian.
