Federal Employee Food Pantry

Does anyone know if there is a food pantry in Jackson Heights serving the needs of Federal Employees affected by the shutdown?

We are allowed to give federal employees gift cards of less than $20, if they do not say Visa, Mastercard or Amex on them. (such weird laws) I wonder if Metro cards are ok.
