New taco truck on 82nd and Roosevelt

There's a (relatively) new taco truck serving fantastic tacos al pastor (I bet they serve other stuff but I've just had those) that recently started doing some nighttime service on 82nd. Also, Zaytoun on 82nd has some of the best falafel I've had.

New member here and thought I'd add my 2 cents! These two have basically been my lunch and dinner every other day for the past two weeks  :D

DrJBastida, glad you mentioned Zaytoun and their delicious falafel! My wife and I have gotten takeaway from Zaytoun about four or five times and enjoy it very much. Standing order is the Supreme Vegetarian Platter and Meat Lover Platter, which we got based off the menu posted here by Shelby2. Thanks to everyone who posts tips on this board. It's much appreciated!

There's another new truck in the hood - parked at 73rd Street and 37th on the side of the Duane Reade (not the one directly in front of the entrance). It's become pretty popular - I'd never heard of Fuchka before but apparently it's the bangladeshi version of pani puri (aka water bread).

Yes, it's very popular! When I'm on my way home in the evening, there's usually a small crowd of people who've bought food and are eating it there. I like the amiable family vibe. And as far as I can tell, the customers and cart operator try keep the area clean.
