Intro to Meditation @ 2nd Story THIS SATURDAY!

I will be leading an introductory workshop this Saturday, October 13, from 3-4 pm at 2nd Story Pilates+Yoga, at 81-10 37th Street, 2d floor.  No experience necessary!  Please sign up via their website, www.secondstorymovement.com, or just show up!  Slots are limited, though, so do sign up if you want to guarantee a spot.  $5.
