New Flight Path?

Did they institute a new flight path this weekend?  The planes seem louder this morning but I can’t figure out what the path is.

When LGA closes runway 13/31, the departing flights take off over JH.

Canceled plans to invite friends to a restaurant in the neighborhood.

Instead, pleading with them to go to one in their neighborhood.

It's also pretty warm out.  Planes lose a lot of performance in humid, warm conditions hence it can take a lot longer for them to climb out.   So, they stay lower (and louder) for longer.
