Thank you all so much for coming in last night! We Hoped you enjoy our soft opening menu. Many of you had suggested I should post the menu here instead of an attachment. I appreciated your feed back.
By next week, we will have a full menu and menu are rotated every two weeks.

Here is our soft opening menu.

FIRST COURSE

Roasted Duck & Goat Cheese Salad
Truffle cream, peaches, figs, blend of seeds, arugula, sorrel & grape must dressing

Fondue Bar
Bread sticks, roasted potatoes, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, Bayonne dates & fried quail eggs



SECOND COURSE

Fillet Mignon in Au Jus
Smoked potato foam, zucchini powder, baby carrots & asparagus

Lobster Thermidor Gratin
Marble potatoes, caviar, tarragon cream, peas, quail egg yolk



THIRD COURSE

Box of Sweets
Opera cake, passion fruit & raspberry petit fours, black berry tart, plum & peach Danishes.

Chocolate Mousse
Red wine butter cream, candied orange & almost burnt cream

Also starting this week, we will have a full French menu. This is a dining room, so menus are smaller than usual, but very selective. Menus are rotated every two weeks. The following menu will be Italian. We still working on the openings and closings time, as soon as we figured that out, I will share with everyone, but for sure are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. 

Also, Addictive Wine & Tapas Bar is officially open for brunch this past weekend. Wow, it was so nice to see many familiar faces. I feels weird because I dont get to see you guys during day time often. Lol.
Brunch hours are from 11 am to 3pm. See you again soon!
