Jackson Heights Life

Does anyone know what's happening at the rental building located on the south side of 34th Avenue, between 77th and 78th Streets (across from Travers Park)? There's been substantial work going on on the lawn area for quite a while now, and they've dug out some large ditches using tractors.  I think they may have uprooted some of the trees on the property as well.  Whatever follows, I'm hoping that it's nicer than what the lawn was originally.
