cat for adoption

I rescued a cat from a hoarder situation (not cats, stuff).  He is 12 years old, orange and white cat, a dog-cat, super sweet and mellow.  His blood work is fine and he tested negative for FIV and Felv.  He has the herpes virus which is species specific and cannot be transmitted to dogs or humans.  This virus manifests itself in eye inflammations and cold like symptoms which is exacerbated by stress.
