As you walk from 74th Street/Roosevelt towards Corona you'll notice a lot of dentist offices.  Why so many dentists in Jackson Heights?  I don't even carry dental insurance!

Dental Implants

Was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a cosmetic dentist that does implants within a reasonable proximity to Jackson Heights. Also, any experiences, both positive or negative, that you'd be willing to share, would be appreciated.

Just wanted to revive this topic. I'm switching from a Manhattan dentist to stay closer to home, and there's no shortage in the neighborhood!

Anyone have any thoughts on Maria Claudia Torres' practice, or Drs. Gupta or Eidman at BestCare Family Dental? Or anyone else? (I'm on 82nd St, so offices close to that are a plus.)

Thanks!

Dr. Wolfson at jackson hts dental on 37th and 80th (79th?) is wonderful and really good with scaredy cat patients -- and i am way on the scaredy side of that spectrum!

My partner had a crown fall out, and needs to have it replaced - anyone had this done out here in JH? He's not happy with his dentist in Manhattan - everything was expensive, and it's all breaking way too early.

Gotta echo the sentiment for Jackson Heights Dental, been using them for just about 20 years!

Any questions?

Just recently started going to Preferred Dental Care in Flushing and am really impressed with their service and facilities.

My wife and I have been using Dr Torres (and Dr Lee in her office) for a lot of work we had let mount up.  They are wonderful!  Can't compare prices, but cheap dentistry sounds as good as cheap lawyers.  35th Ave and 79th.   Tom

Can anyone recommend a very good dentist in the Jackson Heights neighborhood?  For any NYC public school teachers out there - one that accepts our UFT dental coverage!!!  Thanks, Thomas

I agree, he's been my dentist for the last 5 years and he's been great.
