Oh no.  No collar or tags.  I sure hope this is not a throw away.  If no one comes forward, please contact North Shore Animal League, the World's largest NO Kill animal center.  The puppy is adorable.  So sad.

He probably doesn't, but it might be worth it to bring him to a vet to check for a micro chip.  They are supposed to do this free of charge.

I'm beyond thrilled.  An incredible happy ending which I was not certain of.  Thank you for posting this incredible great news.  Although, I'm not an incredible people person, I love and adore animals both domestic and wild.
