Dr. John Sarno, Mind-body pain guru, dies at 94

Sarno was a 1939 graduate of Newtown High School in Elmhurst. 

There's a documentary about his work playing this week at Cinema Village called "All the Rage: Saved by Sarno." I know the filmmaker so I just went to see it.

Sarno's most well known book is about healing back pain but he also wrote several on the mind body connection.
