I'm not certain what Apple Green Coop charges.  However, I'm finding that some cleaning people are charging by the hour and some by the job.  The last cleaning person that I had charged $80.00 for my 865 SF one bedroom one bath regardless of how long it took and it was usually done in about 2 1/2 hours.  Those who work by the hour are charging about $25.00 an hour but less if you clean every week.  Be aware that not all cleaning people do windows so ask before you hire someone.
