Two Jackson Heights Renovations on Sweeten Blog

I love it when Sweeten covers a Jackson Heights renovation. And they seem to cover a lot of them. It really shows off the architectural beauty of the buildings here.

I've also noticed and appreciated that Jackson Heights has gotten some recent love on Sweeten.

My Jackson Heights kitchen was featured on Apartment Therapy last week and I didn't think to post it here, but this seems like an appropriate thread for it:

Thanks for sharing these, everyone. I really enjoy when people post examples of local neighborhood renovations, so keep 'em coming! 

I am curious to know what coop buildings these are located in, especially the kitchen posted on Sweeten. We are looking to renovate our kitchen in the next year or two without tearing down the walls, so I've been collecting examples of updated galley kitchens for research purposes.

Bravo! Constraints often prompt creativity. The use of purples does make the countertop color feel intentional. I love the light fixture too.

Is it? None of the floor plans show a bathroom with a toilet in an alcove and a shower + tub. There's a small linen closet in the hall that might have been annexed for a shower stall in a Reno, but it doesn't look big enough.

Can't speak to the kitchen but the bathroom is ours. We're located in the Carlton House.

These are beautiful and I'm so envious of the size of that bathroom!  Since this is a thread on JH renovations, I thought I'd share what we did with our kitchen. We are in Montclair Gardens.
