Yard or Moving Sales when you live in an Apartment

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any way for a community to hold a yard or community wide moving sale in Jackson Heights.  My Aunt entire coop apartment is for sale.  I would love to join the rest of the community is doing something like this.  Does anyone know how to do such a thing when you live in an apartment?
