Broadway 75 to 76th Street

I noticed this evening that almost all the stores between 75 & 76 Streets on Broadway are closed and out of business with only the Korean Restaurant and Barber Shop still open.  This is obviously going to be a major significant real estate development just steps from the 74th Street subway station.  An entire block that will be prime real estate development.  This is the block opposite from the Pacific Market.  Very interesting.
