Cops making too much noise Saturday night

I didn't sleep Saturday night.  Starting at 10pm til almost 5:30am.  The cops kept b******g and yelling at people who were driving, through their loud speakers.  This was on 37th ave.  They were preparing for the pride parade.  Why so much noise?  Why couldn't they just tell them through their windows?  Sheesh.


Did anyone else hear it?

Kept me awake all night as well.  Using bullhorns to tell people to move their cars or they will be towed.  They did this past 4 AM. Really ridiculous

 Was wondering if either of you called 311 or the police precinct directly to file a complaint .  If not you should follow up and do so.
