Pretty tabby needs home

Merci is a lovely 13-year-old tabby who lost her home! Her elderly owner of 12 years had to relocate where cats aren’t allowed and the only option is to find Merci a home or have her euthanized, since life in a shelter is extremely stressful for older cats. She is currently in a VERY temporary situation and needs a foster or permanent home as soon as possible.

Merci loves head scratches, body rubs and catnip toys. She adores music and comes when you whistle! Her owner flew with her twice a year, so she’s an experienced traveler. She’s very affectionate but not clingy. She prefers not to be picked up, but will snuggle close to you or walk over you in bed, purring and butting you with her head. She’s always been a “single child”, so needs a home with no pets or young children. Merci is healthy, spayed, chipped.

Give Merci a home and she will meow “Merci!”
