My amazing dog walker moved to the west coast recently and so I am looking for a dog walker for my sweet old dog.  He is a big dog, 75 lbs, and old, 14 years and needs some help to get up and frequent walks to keep his arthritis from causing him injury.  Its a bit of a high maintenance job, but he is the sweetest, gentlest, most loving creature.  He needs someone to come by and help him stand and then to be walked every 4 hours.  The job would be 1-2, occasionally 3 walks on most days. My work schedule is not a regular M-F 9-5 schedule so sometimes the walks are in the evenings and on weeks so I needs someone who has flexibility.  I've tried some dog walking services but he really needs a single caregiver, as his needs have grown to be really particular as he has aged.

Any recommendations would be so appreciated!  Looking for help right away.
