Apparently history has no place in a real estate transaction that closed August 20. No one questions  these fires in Jackson Heights and Elmhurst.

a "proud" (cough cough) tradition in new york for centuries. lived through it on the lower east side 30 plus years ago.

It's a crime. It's dangerous. Taxpayers foot the bill. Politicians don't even blink.

When an individual has an accident and files a claim, the case is scrutinized. Real estate investors/landlords... not so much.
