I am thinking about buying in this building.  I actually use to grow up in it but I have no idea what it is like after 10 years.  Anyone have any thoughts?

My friend bought a 2 bedroom there about a year.  I visit him all the time.  He's happy.  I think it's a great building: well maintained and attractive.

If I remember him telling me, they recently had an assessment for something.  Ask about it cuz he's been paying additional money monthly.  (Maybe it's ended by now.)

The apartments are large.  And he parks on the street and never has trouble finding a spot close by.
