Elm Court opinions?

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are planning on becoming JHnites hopefully in the following months. We're interested on an apartment at the Elm Court but we would really appreciate if you can share with us any inside information or opinions you may have on the building, neighbors, board etc.

I am not certain, but I think each of the buildings has its own management, so I think that there isn't a board.  There are 10 units per building.

I just wanted to say that I think Elm Court units are among the most beautiful in JH.  I LOVE the layout.  Even low floors are flooded with light all day.

I love the layout as well. I think this the main reason why we are so attracted to this apartment. We're looking into a one bedroom plus a sun room (Although it's advertised as a two bedroom) Do you know if a two bedroom plus a sun room layout exists on these buildings?
