Jackson Heights Event Publicity. How best to inform?
« on: August 17, 2015, 02:16:12 PM »
Dear Wired JH Members: What other sources besides this site (what sub-heading?), and jhfamilies are there to post upcoming events?

Dear Non Wired JH Members: How do we reach you?

This is a serious question. Would love any feedback. This would be helpful for us all!

Thanks,

Yes, you're correct and most events are posted.

But sadly the outlying fleas at places like Our Lady of Fatima and Blessed Sacrament plus places in between never get posted so interested individuals can scurry and buy, buy, buy from the vendors.

Mortimer, why the lack of interest?

I've called both churches and they respond with -- we don't know right now.

Are there members of other churches that can call their churches?

September is around the corner, have you noticed, smiles, Saturday and Sunday are flea market days, the dollar bills and being set aside, and, smiles again....

As many, many readers of jacksonheightslife.com are aware, I regularly post every Flea Market where I am selling (as well as other events where I am not selling), so I was wondering about the recent posts, stating that there is no information about upcoming Fleas Markets, Street Fairs, et al, in the neighborhood. For everyone out there who is wanting this information, just watch for my ongoing posts, please. FYI, Community United Methodist Church and Jackson Heights Plaza Cooperative Apartments are both hosting Flea Markets on Saturday, August 22nd. I will be posting more August, September, October, November Flea Markets, Street Fairs, et al throughout the season. Adrienne
