Parking spot wanted
« on: June 18, 2015, 02:58:59 PM »
Hi,

I'm interested in renting out a parking spot near 82nd Street and 35th Avenue. Doesn't matter if it's a little farther out, and will also consider both indoor or outdoor spots.

Please PM me with any offers - thank you!

Take a walk on 85th between Roosevelt and 37th.  There are two lots on the right hand side as you walk north.   I think one of the two (the one closer to 37th) has a small sign up saying "garage available" with the phone number.  btw, it doesn't look like a parking lot, but rather an apartment building with a driveway going under the building.  And it's actually an outdoor spot behind the building.  https://www.google.com/maps/@40.749098,-73.881341,3a,75y,82.49h,75.66t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjbNEpGnARvclxZJgnee5pg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Based on my personal dealing and from my own experiences "some" of the supers around here require a minimum of of $750-$1500 cash bribe to get your name on the top of a wait list for a garage space in some of the buildings. I refuse this and I've been street parking since for years. Good luck.
