Old Buster Brown Storefront

Looks like an oral surgeon is taking that subdivided storefront on 37th Avenue.  I can't understand why doctors and dentists want retail space. 

Sad to see that going in.

Booh.  Wasted potential.  Even worse is if they have people handing out flyers on the street for $50 cleanings.
