I am currently, working with a couple that is looking for a nice 1BR apartment rental in Woodside or Sunnyside for a possible August 01, or no later than September 01, move-in, the unit can be in a house or building, as long as, it is a nice and well-layout. They are both have excellent financial qualifications and references.
