Does anyone know of any apartment buildings with internet:
Verizon FIOS
RCN
Anything other than TWC
preferably within 0.3 miles of the Roosevelt ave station
ie between 80th - 71st st and between 35th/37 ave (maybe closer to 34th ave is OK in the mid 70's)
We use internet for work a lot, around 9pm and later, the connection gets spectacularly buggy.
Technical: pingtest.net 40-70% packet loss, ping times from 40ms - 500 ms.
It is NOT my router; I have tested it. Also, it varies from computer to computer randomly.
