My thoughts exactly.  You could rent a one bedroom  apartment with a kitchen and bath for less.  Does the office even have a private 1/2 bath?

I only rent them, I don't set the prices :(.  Theres 2 other offices already rented there for about the same price  ::).

It's small..about 250 sq ft.  There bathroom is shared with 1 other tenant.  There is also the option of moving the tenant on the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor in the event someone wants a larger unit.

Personally, I don't understand the rentals in this area.  People pay $7,000 for a store front that is barely 500 sq ft.  Business in this area are doing good business.  Like I mentioned, I don't set the prices but like in most commercial spaces prices are often negotiated.
