I think that film The Naked City(1948) should be added to the list. I haven't seen it in a while but I do remember a scene that I am sure was roughly in Jackson Heights.

The film itself is very good with a gritty location feel that is capped with an exciting chase finale on the Williamsburg Bridge. There are also some sequences on the subway which show some kind of pot bellied stoves near the turnstiles. Directed by Jules Dassin,written by Albert Maltz both in their final innings before the blacklist took them down.

Here's an article on Hal Hartley's trilogy of films shot in Woodside, Henry Fool (1997), Fay Grim (2007), and now Ned Rifle (2014).

Yes, the main character in The Naked City lived in Jackson Heights and a few of the scenes were shot here. Also, I believe that part of Spider Man was shot in Woodside.

King of Queens?  I thought that was set in Glendale.

I am pretty sure Today's Special is on Netflix. 

It's not a movie, but the guys in Flight of the Conchords lived in Jackson Heights (the characters, not the actors) and they did film here a few times.  I loved that show; it was so weird and silly.

I also love that Alfred Hitchcock got the idea for Rear Window when he was staying in one of JH's garden buildings while filming The Wrong Man.

Cagney and Lacey - TV Series. Mary Beth Lacey's family apartment was in JH. Address was listed at 333 86th Street Jackson Heights, NY 11370.

I always always impressed with the size of the apartment.
