Massage therapist sought
« on: November 12, 2013, 01:26:18 PM »
Does anyone know of a good massage therapist in JH?  I tried calling "Escape NYC" -- sounded like a serious place according to Yelp reviews in spite of its name -- but got a "this number has been temporarily disconnected" message.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!

Not just temporarily. I hear there is one in Sunnyside on Queens Blvd.

Escape NYC is closed, and Oshis Spa Zone has a pretty bad rep on Yelp.  Anyone know where I can get a proper massage in Jackson Heights?

I had a great reflexology massage at Anasa on Newtown in Astoria. It was a birthday gift so I'm not sure how much it costs. But the atmosphere was very soothing and the masseuse was excellent.

I'm not sure about JH...I'm also looking for one in JH, but in the meantime, I have had phenomenal results with Oak Point Therapy in Astoria. It's about $85 for the hour, but I would gladly pay more because they are just that good!

I like Pure Spa in Sunnyside, right on Queens Blvd. off the 46th Street stop on the 7. Very clean and attractive. Irish-run with excellent services. A little pricier than some others but they have monthly specials. Never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend.
