Jhon from Paladin Painting is an experienced contractor who does drywall work. He provides free estimates. You can give him a call at 347-330-1127.

You can also check out his reviews on HomeAdvisor: https://bit.ly/37nuCWG

I hope this helps!

I hear you, though I'd rather have shrieking children than a drunk man singing his heart out until midnight on a Sunday. ;D

You can go online and make an appointment.

Then it probably does not matter as much which office you visit.

Yes. Make sure you tell them you have an appointment. I did this for Whitestone. And even though the place is cavernous and chaotic, it wasn't too horrendous with an online appointment. Not perfect... but better than for the folks who appeared to have been there for days...(slight hyperbole)

Yes :D^^^^, I've been to the Whitestone DMV with an appointment to renew my license and I was there for less than 20 minutes. As long as you let one of the staff know that you have an appointment, then your stay should be easy breezy! Good luck 8)

Armen, I understand your intention in trying to educate others on how an agent should not represent a client, but I believe it's not professional to publicly shame another agent on their listing, especially when their information is noted.
