Apartments, Sublets & Roommates / 3bed/2bath sublet in the Greystones

Hi Neighbors - We're moving out of the country for the next several years and looking to sublet the apartment we own in the Greystones, on 80th street near 37th Ave. It's a co-op building but our board has agreed to permit subletting under certain conditions, one of which would be that prospective tenants interview with the board. Here’re other details:
 
$2850 per month
Move-in date: October 1 (potentially earlier, can be flexible)
3 bedroom/2 bathroom
1200 sq. ft.
Fifth-floor
Minimum lease term: 1 year
Maximum lease term: 5 years
