Is it? None of the floor plans show a bathroom with a toilet in an alcove and a shower + tub. There's a small linen closet in the hall that might have been annexed for a shower stall in a Reno, but it doesn't look big enough.

Can't speak to the kitchen but the bathroom is ours. We're located in the Carlton House.

I can't recommend Tracy Makow enough. She was great to work with, very attentive--quick to respond any time I called or emailed-- and just made the overall buying process easier and less stressful. She located in Carroll Gardens but has done a lot of work in Jackson Heights.
