We have been subletting a parking spot in our building for a while now, but the owner sold their co-op recently.
I have an elderly father and I am getting more and more pregnant by the day.

If anyone knows of any parking spots for rent around 79th St and 34th Ave, please let me know!

Real Estate & Home Improvement / Need Extra Closet Space Built

Hello Everyone,
My husband and I live in a one bedroom at Terrace View.
I need more closet space!

We have 2 small closets in the bedroom (plus 1 coat closet and 1 linen closet).

I'm thinking of adding a wall or screen in the bedroom to give us more storage space for our clothes.
My room is already cluttered with 3 different size dressers.
And I like open uncluttered spaces.

Anyone have any closet work done? Any recommendations? Ideas?

My car was broken into between Sunday and today (Tues).
It was parked on 34th Avenue by 75th St.
Both passenger side windows were smashed.

me too! my car just got broken into b/c I had to park away from my building.
the waiting list in our building for parking never moves up.
I had NO problem parking when I lived on 73rd and 34th Ave.
but 79th and 34th Ave is insane!

My husband and I are big fans. It is close to our apt and on the way home from work.
Sometimes if we want a quick dinner, that's the first place we think of.
LOVE the green sauce.
The tostones and maduros are really good too.
And the owner is a real nice genuine guy.
