Okay. The one I'm interested in is the one on 76th street off of 37th ave.

Hey, all.
I'm at the earliest stages of purchasing an apartment in this property (i.e. i can pull out without violating any contractual obligations); Can anyone share any info - personal or word of mouth - about this building?

I've read an earlier thread that stated it was a walk-up, which it certainly is not, and i've talked to some of the tenants who were coming in or out of the apartment. Everything seems on the up and up.

Well...That's egg on my face.lol.

I tried googling info about the property, but that was before I knew its proper name, so I was just entering the general location. Unsurprisingly, it  brought up nothing.

Thanks, again.

lol...about the bus fumes.

Would you happen to know who the management company is and their contact? Is it ATM? If not, the asking price and how many bedrooms it is is also appreciated.

Thanks again to everyone for the prompt feedback. Sometimes neighborhood boards can be so apathetic it's sad really.

It looks like a very nice place to live, Especially the top corner apartment on 81st and 34th ave.
I can just imagine taking a book and a mug of coffee to one of those benches, even get a bit of writing done.

Is it a rental co-op or owner-occupied building?

I should've been more specific. I meant the building between 80th and 81st and between 34th and northern blvd (even though the building itself ends before the storefronts on northern blvd.)

So it is called the Towers. Thanks.

Would you happen to know if they're touchy about the use of the interior gardens. Friends have told me that at the Greystones they frown upon too much use of the interior gardens.

not to be exclusive, just curious.

Anybody know if it has a formal name?
Is it a co-op or condo?
Does it have an elevator?

thanks.
