Good day all, this morning getting ready to send this email out and "Summertime" pop in my head. This classic 1968 sang by Ella Fitzgerald goes like this "Summertime, and the livin' is easy.... One of these mornings you're gonna rise up singing and you'll spread your wings and you'll take to the sky". That's the summer time I like - rise up singing,spread my wings and fly to the sky everyday. Sky is the limited.

Just wanted to start a new post here so I can consistently postings our rotate menus from now on. At Addictive 87 - Fine Dining, our menus are rotated monthly. Since this month is our opening month, we started with a French menu. You can also find update menus on our website www.addictive87.com/menu as well.

This week will be our last week for French menu. If you have not tried our roasted duck & goat cheese salad, may I suggested you give us a try? It's the talk of the town and so of the fillet mignon in au jus. Come July 4th, our new menu is Italian. I hope to see you guys soon!

-NY Food Protection Certification
-Knowledge of different types of cuisines
-Knowledge of cooking & plating technics
-Availability to work weekends & holidays
-Advance knife handling
-Butchery Skills
