Hello everyone!
Stopping by to share and post our activities and events for Summer 2012. In addition to Free Outdoor classes, our Summer Summer Schedule is officially out. Please check it out at www. In the meantime, please note that among our great yoga and Mat Pilates classes; we've added the following classes for the kids:
*Begins Friday June 29th, 2012 at 5:00pm
Kid's Hip Hop Dance Class!
Monday's - ages 7-12
Friday's - ages 4-7
*Begins Friday, June 29th, 2012 6:00-7:00pm
KID'S BOLLYWOOD Class! Ages 7-12
Introductory Class and Pre-registration
*Begins Wednesday, July 11, 2012
*** FAMILY KARMA YOGA and practice together!
*This class presents an excellent opportunity to spend quality time as well as cultivate emotional and physical bonding within your family and the community. *Family Yoga includes postures for the whole family, including age- and intensity level-appropriate variations to accommodate all of the students in the class and make sure that everyone has fun. All yogis age 7 and up are welcome in this class. Wednesday's 5:00-6:00pm
