One bedroom available in large two bedroom, two baths apartment in Jackson Heights Queens. Beautiful, spacious apartment with high ceilings and large windows. Large room (20 feet by 11.5) with two large closets, three windows, enjoy your own full bathroom.
The apartment is located two blocks from the F/E/R/V/7 and close to shops and resturants. I've been living in this building for three and a half years and it's clean and very safe.
I'm a queer woman, musician and writer. I work in the city during the day. I'm in my early thirties, pretty laid back. I'm looking for someone responsible with a steady job, male or female, queer friendly, and laid back. Smokers are welcome, sorry no pets.
The rent is $888 a month. Utilities and internet run about $70 per person but cable/tv would be extra.
First month's rent ($888) and Security Deposit ($888) required to move in. Total = $1776.
