Hello,
Can anyone recommend a party supply store withing walking distance of the mid 80s?  I believe that the one on 37th around 84th (the one that had been open a year or so) closed.  Thanks!

Restaurants & Food / New Wine Shop on 37th?

I passed a great-looking new (or at least new to me) wine store on 37th between 79 and 80, next to the lock store.  Very classy decor.  No sign, but it looks like it could be a wonderful spot--I hope they do some tastings or other events!

Anyone else have more info?

Wow.  This article threw me for a loop.  I don't mean to diminish the author's experiences, but I sure hate the horrible light in which it portrays JH . . . and as a relative newcomer I certainly haven't found it to be true.
