Anyone who doesn't need a car daily for work shouldn't own one.  Between ownership, maintenance, parking, and liability costs, only fools would own a vehicle as it is way less expensive to take black cars.  The best part is you can drink, drive, and nap.

For the second time I was overcharged at Lemon Tree, this time by $10.  Make sure you request an itemized receipt and keep track.

Tried it yesterday.  Better than Thomas was and, as it's halal, meats and sausages are beef.

Keep the calls coming.

Many are worried about what to pay first and what not to pay.  Cut a long story short, don't deplete your savings to pay off debt you may default on anyway.  Credit scores will be meaningless if you have no money left to eat.

Considering about half of all small businesses are going to fail by year end one can easily predict a real estate crash of epic proportions, both residential and commercial.  Prices will drop by precipitously before this is over.

$480K for a bad pasta, pizza joint.  Somebody's dreaming but it's not about the food...

I've been to your restaurant three times and like it but I have to say the kitchen doesn't pay attention to the food.  I have received under cooked chicken in a sandwich, salad without dressing, and a well done, pre-cooked burger when I ordered it rare.

Get your act together if you want to succeed.
