Community Groups, Activities & Events / "GMO OMG" Film Screening

Hi all!
Food and Water Watch, an environmental organization, is hosting a film screening of "GMO OMG" to create awareness around our GMO labeling campaign! We are working to urge state legislature to cosponsor bill A. 617, which would require the labeling of Genetically Modified Organisms in the state. Following the screening, we will do a brief letter-writing event to voice community sentiments through letters to be sent to state assemblymen! We would love to have as many Queens community members in attendance as possible so please come out, it'll be great!
