Two months back I was in an accident on the GCP by LGA.  It was a scam/accident where the car in front slammed the breaks for no reason, gets out of the car and demands $$ - Yea, ok....like I'm going to fall for this one.  I took a picture of the guy/license plate and told the guy I'm calling the police........he sped off!  I waited 3+ hours for the 115th pct to arrive.

I hope you're feeling better today.  Hope your bruised knee heals well.  :angel:

I met Sophie yesterday by chance.  She's a sweet older (strong) gal who had the misfortune of falling on 78th street.  I came to her aid as well as another tenant from the adjacent building.  We comforted her & walked her home - As any human being would have done.  I would want the same for myself in such a situation.

What really upsets me is that I actually eyewitnessed at least two people walk by Ms. Sophie & NOT take any interest in the situation, or a kind word -- shame on you! 

I just wanted to drop a note to Sophie & wish her well.  If anyone reading this knows of Sophie [information has been edited out of this post to protect privacy] on 79th street -- Let her know.
