Used wood kids desk with hutch...Please PM me with more questions...It is slightly damaged on one side of top of desk, but there is a LOT of use left in these items...It is about 6 years old.


The dimensions are:
Width: 54" across
Depth: 22"
Height of Desk with Hutch: 76"
Height of Desk alone: 30"

Hi all, Thank you so much for all the helpful info...Chuckster, I will def. follow up with the link...I remember them giving out the brown paper bags for the leaf collection campaign & I thought we always had to collect & bag up-this is my first home, so i'm unfamiliar with the laws about this...anyway i have already asked the neighbor nicely to pick them up instead of blowing them and he obviously doesn't care, cuz he continues to do it...it takes me an hour a day just to vacuum & sweep them up...I was just hoping someone knew of a law against this...I'm afraid the drains will get clogged if I don't pick them up one day, like today!  It's just so frustrating to have such inconsiderates living next door...Thanks again, fellow JH'ers....

Hi earlie, it's not easy when you have 1 to 2 bags of cleaning up to do...but my neighbors an ass, apparently (referring to mike) there's plenty of jerks in JH....

Hello, My neighbor keeps using his leaf blower to clear out his driveway and the problem is he blows them right into my driveway, so I always wind up sucking up 1 or 2 bags a day in the Fall...the other day I got angry and used my blower instead of the vacuum, but we can go back and forth like this forever....I have mentioned this to him b4, but he doesn't seem to care....Is there a law against this? I thought homeowners were required to bag up the leaves instead of blowing them everywhere...I don't want to start a neighbor war, but this guys' behavior is very rude.....I would appreciate any advice..Thank you,

I am selling a cherry wood bedroom set...Can be for a boy or a girl....It has a bookcase headboard, the twin size bed frame, 2 bookcases to flank the headboard or use separately (as I do), the desk, the hutch, and a big dresser (not including mattress or boxspring)--It is in good condition, only 4 years old, but the desk has a lil bit of water damage in a corner...Please email me for pictures and with any questions...The set was $2,300 brand new; I am asking for $600, but you must pick up the furniture....Thank you...

Yo tambien soy Ecuatoriana (bueno, mus padres) pero soy nueva a este website y no se muy bien todo que se puede hacer con esta informacion....Me gusta leer todas las cosas que los residentes discuten....Anyway I am much more comfy in English as I am a native New Yorker and also a native Astorian....but anyway....I love to keep checking on this site and reading all about what's going on in the hood....

The Best Colombian Food Rest. just closed down on Roosevelt & 83rd..Tierras Colombianas!!  But there is another one in Astoria on Broadway & 33rd which the family opened up about 12 years ago...The owners are Greek and Colombian and the food is just wonderful!!!

Hi all, My name is Jen and I have just discovered this website..I'm a Jackson Heigths/Astorian....I am currently living back in the hood on this side of Astoria Blvd. closer to Northern....I have a question......I have been seeing the progress on the catering hall type building on N.B. and 72nd Street and wondering if it is in fact going to be a catering hall...Anyone have a clue?? I am esp. interested as I will be tying the knot next year....Thanks guys!!
