I have a Little Red Riding Hood costume that I bought last year that I never wore - cut off the tags before I changed my mind. Because the dress is billowy, it will fit someone who is a size XS, small, or medium. The belt cinches around the waist as needed. The costume also includes a hooded cape. This costume is pretty modest and covers up what you want to cover up. Both the dress and cape have been in storage and are a bit wrinkled - you will need to iron it beforehand.
