Nice pics in the link.  I wonder what building he's in - it looks quite a bit smaller than my 1-bedroom and other apartments I've seen in the area.

I think it's just how the photos look.  It's a good sized apartment, about 800 sq feet.   I don't want to mention the building in case they want privacy.  Approximate floor plan is attached.
