75th Street Incident

There was a ton of police activity on 75th Street near Roosevelt Avenue at about 8:45pm. There were at least 3 cop cars and an ambulance on the scene. A crowd was gathered around but I kept walking so I wouldn't be in the way. Does anyone know what happened? Hopefully no one is hurt.
